Jessica was great from the time we entered the establishment until we left. Very kind and friendly. Jose was an awesome server. Made sure that we were good during our entire visit. My family and I will definitely be back!

The food is good but when you walk in there is a sign that says "Please wait to be seated". LPT: don't wait...they will see you standing there but the staff seems afraid to approach anyone. Be aggressive about wanting to be a customer and they eventually concede and take your order. Know the menu as they are not really engaged in the entire food services process and are not going take time to explain anything. "If" you can get service the food is good.

Very clean, hospitable, and friendly staff. The suggestions from our server Isaac made my nephew's first visit to Genghis Grill a pleasant one. My nephew enjoyed his meal.

Great experience as always. Thankfully not too crowded today since this location is a hot spot. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because of the to go box. They leak. They used to give you plastic containers that didn't leak. Still a family fave.
